WASHINGTON - The New Hampshire State Society (NHSS) today announced it will host its Annual Meeting and Reception in celebration of the 2009 Presidential Inauguration in January. The reception will be held from
5 to 7 p.m. on January 19, 2009 in the Pierce Room at the Willard InterContinental Hotel in Washington, D.C.
The New Hampshire State Society is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization that serves as a focal point of activity for persons with a New Hampshire background in the Washington, D.C. metro area.

Sponsorships are also available for the reception. The proceeds will go to support the New Hampshire State Society's Educational Opportunity Fund, which provides stipends to New Hampshire students that have obtained internships in the D.C. area.
Dues-paying members of the New Hampshire State Society may attend for free, but an RSVP is required; others may attend by becoming a member of the NHSS at the reception for just $25, but space is limited and an RSVP is required.
